In a focused two-hour session, we walk your space, gather inspiration, and assess the design direction. This sets the tone for the entire project.
Moodboards
We create custom moodboards for each space, accessible through your client dashboard. These visuals ensure we’re aligned before moving into selections.
2D Floor Plans & 3D Renderings
Scaled plans define layout, flow, and functionality. These are shared with you and your contractor to guide the build or remodel.
When needed, we offer 3D views that show your future space from every angle. These are especially useful for remodels and new builds.
Design Plan & Selections
We deliver a detailed design package with all finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. Everything is reviewed and approved through your Houzz Pro dashboard.
Contractor Coordination
We work directly with your contractor to communicate design intent and confirm timelines. Our oversight ensures the design is executed with precision.
Sourcing & Purchasing
All furnishings and decor are sourced and ordered through trusted vendors. You approve each selection before anything is purchased.
Installation & Styling
We complete the project with a final styling day. This includes placing furniture, layering decor, and adding personal touches that bring your space to life.
